30 Years of Tools,
one name you know

Butch started swinging a hammer in 1988, working side by side with his father in a family remodeling business. That wasn't a summer job or a stepping stone. It was a career built from the ground up, one project at a time. For nearly 30 years, he wore a tool belt and worked hands-on while also helping run the business day to day. He knows the difference between work done right and work done fast, because he's done both kinds and learned which one holds up.

Five years ago, after his dad retired, Butch started The Old Town Remodeler Inc. He didn't pivot into remodeling from another industry. He didn't hire a crew and step back. He built something new on the same foundation he'd been standing on for decades. Today he's the owner, the main point of contact, and still the guy who shows up, answers the phone, and sees the job through.

In-Home Consultation

We visit your home, inspect the work, and provide a detailed quote with no obligation. You'll meet the owner and discuss your vision face-to-face.

We Complete Your Project

Once you approve, we handle the work, permits, and cleanup. You stay informed every step of the way.

Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off

We review the finished work with you, address any questions, and ensure you're satisfied before we leave.

Butch handles most of the work himself and stays in touch throughout. We manage permits and cleanup so you don't have to.
